Don’t let the name fool you: eating at this loft-like casual restaurant is more like stepping into a Brooklyn bar than dining at Jean Georges on Central Park West. That said, the food here is surprisingly good thanks to chef Nick Shipp. The menu borrows from the winning formula he used at his former stomping grounds at Pete’s downtown, where he won over just about every loft dweller
